Our entire menu is planned and prepared for your specific needs. We require a 72-hour notice to ensure we are able to offer our complete menu. Quick, last minute, or unexpected orders are subject to availability, and we will do our best to meet your needs!
Levels of Service
Pick Up
Pick-ups are available 7 days a week at our location. Email Catering@sweetlewsbbq.com or call 704-441-2171 to schedule an order.
Delivery Service
Delivery is available for orders of $250 or more. Food and beverages are delivered to your location and the host is responsible for presentation for guests. A basic delivery fee of $45 will be charged within the zip code range starting with "282" An additional fee will be quoted for deliveries outside of this range.

Should your event require equipment that we provide, a return trip fee may be necessary or arrangements for the host to return these items may be discussed.
Full Service with Event Staff
Staffed events are billed on an hourly basis at $25 per staff member. This may include waitstaff, bartenders, and/or a chef on-site for your event. Delivery is included in the service charge. Tables, tablecloths, and chafing dishes are available at cost. $10 per table rental. $10 per black table linen, $15 per disposable chafing dish, $25 per wooden chafing dish.
Taxes and Service Charges
A 10% service charge plus a combined 8.25% state, local, and federal sales tax will be applied to all food, beverage, and rental items for pick-up catering.
A 20% service charge plus a combined 8.25% state, local, and federal sales tax will be applied to all food, beverage,e and rental items for delivery service and full-service catering.
All Credit Card payments will be charged 3%. Check and Cash are accepted without fee.
Billing + Cancellations
It is the client's responsibility to notify Sweet Lew's BBQ should you wish to cancel or make any changes to your event. Sweet Lew's BBQ reserves the right to bill the client for payment in full if an event is canceled within 72 hours before the event date. Sweet Lew's BBQ reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee if an event is canceled more than 72 hours before the event date. All initial deposits to hold an event date are non-refundable and are billed at 50% of the total. The remaining balance will be due 10 days before the event date. The cost of specialty items acquired specifically for your event, including rental equipment, will not be refunded.
Waiver of Liability & Conduct
The client agrees to unconditionally and irrevocably release Sweet Lew's BBQ from liability, claims, causes, demands, and causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, illness, death, or injury sustained by any participant in connection with any food, services, personnel, staff, beverages, rental items or equipment, props, entertainment, decorations, or other items not directly provided by Sweet Lew's BBQ.
Guarantee
You need far more than great food to pull off a successful event. You expect your caterer to show up on time, leave nothing behind, and make sure there's plenty of food. After all, it's your reputation on the line.
